​ Here are the next steps:

 

1. Fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page and I will email you back to confirm a day/time for a free 15 minute phone consultation to make sure we're a good fit working together. 

2. If you'd like to work with me after our phone consultation, we'll go ahead and book your first session. 

3. I'll send you intake paperwork to fill out via my HIPPA compliant client portal. The paperwork should take about 20 minutes to complete.

4. If you're using insurance, you can enter your insurance information into the client portal for benefits verification to find out if you have what your costs for our sessions will be.

*In the event that I'm not accepting new clients and/or I believe that you might be a better fit for another therapist, I will provide referrals to you. 

I'm the therapist for you if:

  • You're curious about how your past influences your present and how past relationships shape your well-being.

  • You want a safe space to feel and express your feelings and learn how to respond to them more effectively.

  • You're more interested in healing the roots of your symptoms rather than quick fixes or focusing solely on diagnostic labels. 

  • You want to learn how to trust yourself more, explore your thoughts and feelings, rather than just getting advice.

  • You've tried talk therapy before and you're looking for a different approach, one with less talking, that's more experiential.

Therapy with me is collaborative & tailored to you. But If my approach doesn't fit for you, that's okay! There are so many different approaches and I encourage you to find a therapist that best suits your needs!
