About
Hey there!

I know trying to find a therapist can feel like a lot of work and it's important that you find the right fit for you.

Some info about me and how I work with clients:
My goal is to create a warm, affirming, and inclusive space where clients feel safe, understood, and free to be themselves. This is a LGBTQIA + and neurodiversity affirming space.

Our work together is collaborative and tailored to you. I see my role as an empathetic witness and guide, walking alongside you on your unique healing journey.
My practice is rooted in authentic connection, empowerment, dignity, compassion, and resilience, and I approach therapy in a real and relatable way that helps clients feel supported and capable.
I welcome humor, spiciness, and pop culture references to balance things out if, that's your vibe.
We'll laugh, cry, and maybe drop a swear word along the way (or many), and I'll be right there with you, as an authentic human.

With care & respect,
Mindy

My own healing journey and lived experiences have deeply shaped who I am and why I do this work.
I know firsthand how hard it can be to face our deepest wounds and I also know healing is possible.

I believe we’re not meant to heal, change, and grow all on our own. Real healing happens in connection with people who get it, who listen to understand, and remind us we're not broken.
I also believe that laughter and learning to embrace our playfulness can be healing medicine. Joy is our birthright as humans.
I continue to learn and grow on my own path, and I bring that same humility and care into the space I hold for others.
I feel honored to be walk alongside others on their healing paths.
