About Mindy

You made it!! Yay

I know trying to find a therapist can feel like a lot of work and it's important that you find the right fit for you.

This is space for you to finally exhale and catch your breath. You don't have to hold it all together in our sessions together. I don't expect you to be more okay than you are.

I see my role as an empathetic witness, fellow traveler, and guide walking alongside you. I believe you're the expert on your life and I'm here to help you remove the blocks to your innate wisdom and healing.

Our work together is collaborative and relational. I want to make sure you're getting what you need in our sessions so I regularly ask for feedback on what's working, offer options for where you'd like to go, and if anything needs shifting.

My practice is rooted in authentic connection, empowerment, dignity, compassion, and innate healing.

I approach therapy in a real and relatable way that helps us build a genuine relationship.

I am an LGBTQIA ally an intersectional feminist. Our well-being isn't separate from the systems we live in.

I welcome humor, spiciness, and pop culture references when it's appropriate.

We'll laugh, cry, and maybe drop a swear word along the way (or many), and I'll be right there with you, as a real person.

With care & respect,

Mindy

My own healing journey, therapy, and lived experiences have deeply shaped who I am and why I became a therapist.

I know firsthand how hard it can be to face our deepest wounds and fears and I also know healing is possible.

I believe we’re not meant to heal, change, and grow all on our own as our individualistic culture would like us to believe. Deep healing happens in connection.

I also believe that laughter and learning to uncover our playfulness can be healing medicine. Joy is our birthright as humans.

I continue to learn and grow on my own path, and I bring that same curiosity and care into the space I hold for others.

It is a honor and a privilege to work with others in this way.

Why I am passionate about helping others
